Privacy Policy
Effective September 9, 2026
Seminole Winds Technology provides software products including Buildora Tracker and Car Specialist. We collect only the account, project, support and integration information needed to provide those services. We do not track our users, we do not run advertising, we do not use third-party analytics, and we never sell or share personal information with data brokers.
Information we collect
Depending on the product you use, this may include your name, email address, account credentials, project and business information, financial records you enter, uploaded documents and receipt images, contacts you enter, support communications, and access tokens for services you choose to connect.
Buildora Tracker
Buildora Tracker collects the following categories. Each is used only to provide app functionality, each is linked to your account, and none of it is used for tracking.

Buildora does not request your contacts list, location, health data or browsing history, and does not collect advertising identifiers.
Tracking
We do not track you. We do not link your data with data from other companies' apps or websites for advertising or measurement, and we do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers.
Subscriptions and payments
Buildora Pro is purchased through Apple. Apple processes the payment; we never receive or store your card number or Apple ID password. Apple provides subscription transaction identifiers and status so the app knows whether a subscription is active, in a free trial, cancelled, expired or refunded.
Connected services
Buildora lets users optionally connect Dropbox for backups and QuickBooks for accounting sync. These are off by default. When a user uses receipt reading or the AI assistant, only the text or document content needed for that request is sent to OpenAI, which processes it on our behalf under its API terms. Access tokens are stored encrypted server-side and are used only to provide the requested integration. We never ask users to share third-party account passwords with us. Each provider's own privacy policy governs what they do with data sent to them. Integrations can be disconnected at any time in the product.
How we use information
We use information to operate, secure, support and improve our products; store and synchronize user data; provide requested integrations; and comply with legal obligations.
Storage, retention and security
Data is stored on hosted servers in the United States. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, integration tokens are encrypted at rest, and traffic is encrypted in transit. We retain information for as long as the account is active. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your controls
Users can disconnect integrations, export a full copy of their account data, and delete their account from within the applicable product. Deleting a Buildora account permanently removes the account record and all associated projects, expenses, change orders, draws, contacts, receipt files, integration tokens and audit history from our servers, except where retention is legally required. Requests for access, correction, export or deletion can also be sent to us by email.
Children
Our products are business tools intended for adults. They are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy on this page.
